Glade Spring Middle and Patrick Henry High schools hosted pep rallies on Friday to celebrate a victory in the Fuel Up To Play 60 “Summer These Song Challenge.” Students nationwide submitted original songs supporting the program, and a video montage sent in by Glade Spring students won first place, earning a visit from former New Orleans Saints running back Deuce McAllister. Emma Buchanan and other students from Glade Spring Middle and Patrick Henry High School produced the video that became the viewers’ favorite.

Holston 35, Northwood 12Holston pulled together to win their homecoming game 35-12 over Northwood.
