The Commonwealth presented a total of 96 indictments on 94 individuals with 50 individuals residing in Tazewell County, Virginia and 44 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County. Of the 44 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County, 27 reside in West Virginia. Of the 94 individuals indicted, 63 were men and 31 were women. The Grand Jurors returned 96 True Bills for a total of 258 counts. Twenty-Nine (29) indictments were originally sealed pending arrest.
