FLOYD CO. - Tuesday night around 11:20 p.m. Joshua Seth Blevins was killed in an accident in Floyd, according to State Police.
It happened on Route 679 just east of Route 684. State Police Sergeant Bon Carpentieri says he lost control of the vehicle and went off the left side of the road, then hit and embankment and rolled his 1993 Ford Ranger.
He was pronounced dead on the scene. State Police say Blevins was not wearing a seat belt.
Troopers are still investigating the accident.
