The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident in Floyd County that occurred on February 15, 2010.
Jeff Dalton, chief investigator, told that the Press that Joshua L. Cromer of Floyd is being held in custody, after being charged with aggravated sexual battery on a female juvenile.
Investigation is continuing, Dalton said, and more charges may be pending.
