Grand Jury hands down 110 indictments

Below is a list of indictments returned by the Tazewell County Grand Jury sitting on January 5, 2010. The Commonwealth presented a total of 110 indictments on 105 individuals with 65 individuals residing in Tazewell County and 40 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County. Of the 40 individuals residing outside of Tazewell County, 22 reside in West Virginia. Of the 105 individuals indicted, 70 were men and 35 were women. The Grand Jurors returned 110 True Bills for a total of 515 counts. Fifty indictments were originally sealed pending arrest.
